One of my theories is It's always the one you least expect. Whether it's the one that ends up being the thief, the killer, the one that betrayed you, the guilty one, the traitor, the "mole", the informant, the liar, etc. it's always the one you'd least expect. Another of my theories is You can't trust anyone, and that one I learned very young. Another is The ones you love the most also hurt you the most. As for it's always the one you least expect here is a case in point: my hubby recently made this sign, shown here, for his new grill that he doesn't want anyone to use(esp. the 27 YR old as he says he doesn't clean it and he always wants it "pristine" for his own use) that he places on top of the top of the grill but for the past few days the sign always goes missing and I find it thrown out in the recycling and have to rescue it. I assumed it was the 27 YR old who throws it out, insulted and offended(and who can really blame him?) and so I asked him but he insisted that it wasn't him; that he doesn't really care, and said maybe my mother throws it out by accident but she said it wasn't her either, and I know it's not me and the 15 YR old's away camping for a few days and isn't even here so I know for sure it's not hime.....
It turns out that it was my hubby all along! I mentioned it to him, that someone has been sabotaging his sign and keeps throwing it out and I keep rescuing it and he said that it was him!! He was the one all along that's been throwing it out! He's picky and anal-retentive and a perfectionist and said it wasn't "perfect" and so he did another one he liked better( even though there's really nothing 'wrong" with this perfectly good one) and threw this one out. I kept it as we still might have use for a Do not use sign at some point, such as for a broken toilet, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. He's definitely the last one I would have suspected; throwing away his own sign but then again it's usually the one you least expect!
Here is another of my theories:
Don't be a f*cking asshole.
Or perhaps maybe that's more a word of advice. Speaking of assholes, yesterday I had The Shits and I moaned, Oh, my poor ass! It feels like The Ring Of Fire! and my mother said, I think there's a song called that! and I said, incredulously, There's a song called ' Oh, My Poor Ass?' and she said, No, 'Ring Of Fire!' 😂
