Hallelujah!!

We finally got the A/C fixed!

The repairman came yesterday and was able to fix it!!! Yay! Blessed relief at last! He said it was something like a valve or a conductor or something and now it's up and running again and I'm no longer sweating like a hippo, thank God! I was so thankful I told the guy God bless you! Thank you SO much! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I almost gave him a joint as a tip too I was so grateful except I didn't think of it until after. My hubby said he also told him we should sell the house before we need a new A/C as it's over 20 YRS old but I think he just made that part up himself as he's always trying to pressure me to sell which I won't because this is my home and I'm going to die here. I did have the satisfaction and pleasure though of having him admit to me YOU WERE RIGHT  and "I TOLD you so!" which was very nice to hear.

Beja is also so funny yesterday he was barking at the black walnut fruit swaying on the tree in the breeze and I call him my Sweet Little Peanut also shortened to my Sweetnut  and I look at him and how cute he is and how much I love him and my heart swellls up and I just want to cry. He also likes to lick the "sweat" off my pop can. He's a real pill! He also does this really cute little squeak when he gets really excited,too., and last night up in bed my room suddenly lit up bright and he was barking and I  opened my eyes and saw my incense had erupted into a big flame and luckily I saw it  and put it out and glad I  wasn't asleep(I hate to think what could have happened then; and I already had one fire back in 1996; a bad one, and I don't need another one!!) and not seen it, and it was scary!

Yesterday and today I also have a bad headache and really bad abdomenal pain(I always feel like I'm dying but I never do) plus I'm also shitting my ass off but I never had any dosa for awhile so it's not that(I'm making that for dinner tonight and I might as well since I already have The Shits ,anyway) and normally I plan months ahead what outfit I'm going to wear to the CNE too but this time I just decided without putting any real thought or planning into it to just wear my blue patterned Genie pants and Rolling Stones shirt. I also heard somewhere a "Red Flag" warning for dating someone is if they ignore/ don't speak to one or both of their parents so I guess my kids are f*cked then.😂 Their future spouses had better watch out!

I also heard another restrictive Big Brother measure this shithole has made now is in Nova Scotia: now they made a law you can't go into the woods to walk, drive, hunt, camp, hike, fish( although I have to say I've never seen any fish in the woods!) etc. or get a 25K fine! They say it's to "prevent wildfires" but it's really just an infringement on freedom, just like the Covid lockdowns and restrictions were. What the actual f*ck though? It applies even on private land,too.

 It also reeks like burned coffee this morning and my guess would be the 30 YR old(the only one that drinks it) and at least the good thing about him and his GF is they've been able to successfully weather several  "storms" together in their relationship and still stay strong, such as a few of her anaphylactic shocks, his grandmother( my mother) dying, Buddy dying, and his concussion. Regardless though, I still get "Bad Vibes" from her and I hope to God she hasn't got him into anything dangerous or illegal ( where does  he get all that $$$ from ,anyway?)and she's not going to end up trouble for him,esp. since I've always had this feeling ever since he was little that he was going to die young....
