Besties.

Yay! It's confirmed!! I'm going up to visit my BFF (since we were 12) over the Christmas holidays! She 's near Toronto and we're also meeting up with F, another friend we've known since the same time! He's now an accountant and she owns a Korean restaurant. It will be so nice to see them again! We're all re-connected on Facebook but it's been a few years since her and I have seen eachother as owning her own business she's very busy and since I don't drive(with my perception problem; I can't follow maps or directions and can't judge space or distance) so I depend on my hubby to have to drive me and he never has time and anything for me is always last on the list so getting together is really hard to co-ordinate.

  The other day S and F met up for a visit at her restaurant(it's easier for him as he lives in Missisauga but for me it's at least a 2 hour drive each way and that's in good traffic) and they sent me a photo and we were live messaging on FB and I was shocked to see S; I hardly recognized her; she all of a sudden looks so old, so tired, so aged, so worn out, so sickly, and it worries me she's not well, prompting the need for a visit even more. Is she sick? When my hubby saw the photo he just shrugged, She just looks like an old Korean lady but that's the point, she doesn't normally; she's a very pretty Korean lady and doesn't look old and haggard; something's wrong... With my luck something will most likely probably go wrong and I won't be able to end up going; it'll get cancelled somehow; someone will cancel out or there will be a big snowstorm or something, because that's how life usually goes for me, nothing works out or goes right and I have the worst luck; it's like I'm a jinx or something, but I'm hoping it works out and we get to have a nice visit and I'm really looking forward to it...
