Snowmageddon.

You wouldn't believe the snowstorm/blizzard we had yesterday! It was just insane! Snow blowing so badly we had white-outs and you couldn't see a thing. Even stores in town closed up shop. Driving was hazardous, events were cancelled, etc. you get the idea. When I went out to shovel the snow went  up past my thigh as you can see in the photo here.
No joke!

So I decided to actually measure a snowbank in our yard to see exactly how much we had. This ruler is 30 cm in total and I measured it right from the bottom, from the ground and up to the top, to 30 cm, there was still this much snow left on top, above it, easily 2 more rulers, or 60 more cm above it, making it easily at least 90 cm high, which is practically a metre of snow.I can't ever remember seeing this much all at once before.
Holy f*ck.

Poor Buddy. Being a low-rider he is just surrounded by high walls of snow, much taller, higher, and deeper than he is tall. It must look like mountains to the poor little guy.

.....and so this fool decides to go out after a major blizzard with no coat, no hat, no mitts, and wearing Crocs barefoot. That's the 24 YR old for you.

Today isn't much better. It's freezing cold out there my face almost fell off.
So much for spring!
