Sod Off.

The construction crew now have dumped dirt on everyone's torn up lawn and were raking it out, prepping it to lay sod down for new grass so we're now finally at the end, after over 4 months; they started in early July! I just hope they won't be too late as it was 0C overnight and once it gets cold and stays cold and winter sets in and the ground's frozen the sod won't "take"; it'll be too cold for the roots to take hold and it'll just all die so maybe it would just be better if they wait until spring? Yesterday and today my abdomenal and back pain is also the worst it's ever been and so bad I wince, gasp, suck in my breath, cringe, quiver in pain and feel like I'm going to pass out and the pain kept waking me up during the night as well. It's also bad in my right kidney area. I also asked the 15 YR old to go downstairs and get something for me out of the deep freezer in the basement as it's hard for me to go up and down stairs(I get out of breath) so he did but then he put it way up high where I couldn't reach it and snarled, Here! You want it so badly, come get it!  He's such a little jerk and this is the exact reason I wish I never had kids! My cousin said just for that I should disable his Internet and that I shouldn't tolerate 'such disrespect."

Stupid as well: the 28 YR old tried to order these fancy Italian leather shoes( he calls Chick Magnets even got 600$ off  and when my mother asked him But where would you even wear them? he quipped, On my feet!) but then they told him that apparantly certain kinds of shoes are illegal  in this shithole country so they had to cancel the order and refund his $$$ and he's soooo disappointed as he really wanted the shoes and saved up for months and this Fascist Police State always has to ban and regulate and control everything in our lives and maybe it's some endangered species or something but so what? Why do the enviro-freaks, the vegans, PETA, the animal rights whackos, etc. get to always dictate what the rest of us do? If they don't want to wear fur, leather, eat meat, use animal products,plastic, etc. that's fine but they have no right banning everyone else from doing it and they have waaay too much influence!F*ck it! But there's always a way; a loophole somewhere so he just has to find it and get the shoes some other way. There's always a way around it.

The gov't also caved to the union and withdrew the legislature banning their strike and imposing a contract on the educational support workers and in return they ended their strike so now everyone's back negotiating and kids are back in school and it's good to see that the gov't "blinked" first and that the people "won" and my mother also wrote 'croissants" as chotsante which is her strangest yet and my hubby scoffed to me, I seriously doubt you'll still be alive in 4 more years!  so does he know something I don't, although he's probably right, and Buddy whined during the night too telling me he was cold and to put his blanket back on and yesterday letting him lick my bowl clean I also had to "fold" his long floppy ears back up over his head so they wouldn't  hang down into the bowl and get chili all over them and I read the 21 YR old's blog as well and was shocked to see that she's become a party girl and into the new Age and occult with "going out drinking with friends"( what kind of friends does she have?) and into "healing crystals",astrology( which is occult)  and struggled with 'addiction" ( holy f*cking shit! What kind? drugs? alcohol? WTF?) mental health, therapy, etc.She's a bad influence on the 19 YR old  and it shocked me, but at least the good is she also said she's working on being a better person too and admitted that she was shallow ,and we even have stuff in common too( like music, the outdoors, journalling) which also surprised me as out of all of the kids she is the least like me.

I still remember my BFF saying her biggest regret is not marrying the love of her life,too; in university in USA she fell in love with a guy and they were practically living together but her mother pressured her to marry someone else; a rich guy who had more $$$$ even though she didn't love  him so against her better judgement she did and even though he was an OK guy she didn't love him and they eventually divorced( and she never had any kids) and in the meantime her Great Love got married and had a family and he ended up to be an engineer as well, which still makes good $$$$ and when she was dying her mother admitted that she was wrong and should have let her marry the one she loved but of course by then it was too late and now my BFF is all alone.As for my kids, I just want them to marry for love.
