Das Haus.

I finally found The Scottish Lady's house listed and it's listed for 429K and even though it's a nice enough house it surprised me as it only has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms whereas our house has 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an inground pool and we were only quoted a measly 250K so I think we were getting ripped-off but my hubby and the 28 YR old said because it needs deep cleaning and re-painting and new carpeting although that certainly wouldn't account for over 200K. The kids wrecked the place and we just simply haven't got the $$$$ for upkeep, maintenance, and repairs; it takes everything we have just to pay bills and for property taxes and home insurance and there's nothing left for repairs. I posted photos of her house from the realtor site and I actually thought her being such a sophistocated classy lady she'd have fancier furniture and it's kind of "drab" looking such boring dull colours on the wall for my taste but to each his oen I guess; I prefer much more bright vibrant colours. She oddly doesn't even have a For Sale sign on her lawn,either, and I haven't seen her in awhile(although it is winter and you don't see people much) and it looks empty at least from the outside anyway so maybe no one even lives there anymore and they don't want to "advertise" it's empty?

We also got that big storm last night and snow so deep it's higher than Buddy is tall as well as freezing rain and ice pellets and it's spring in less than a month and Lent started yesterday as well I didn't even realize at first until my mother mentioned it and I didn't even know we were still doing that but it looks like we are( fasting on Ash Wednesday and Lenten Fridays) and there's talk that China may have somehow "interfered" in the election which would explain( if it was rigged) how Trudeau got re-elected as no one would be dumb enough to actually elect  the bastard again and this Fascist Police State sucks so much,too, a legal  gun owner was arrested( no bail) and charged with murder after shooting( just one shot) and killed an armed home invader who was attacking his mother! You can't even defend your family anymore! Seriously, though, what the actual f*ck?

People also say how "risky", "dangerous" and "brave" etc. it was of US Prez Biden to visit Kyiv when really it was just a good photo-op in the war propaganda machine, and still no update from insurance about our car since the accident( now 3 weeks or so) and I saw The Man With The Black Dog recently who told me when he had an accident it took him 18 months to get the insurance cheque but he didn't wait that long and just went ahead and bought a car in the meantime, and Buddy( who means everything to me) had the best part of his life in the second half of his life,too; the first half he was abused and caged and not allowed on the top floor or on furniture or had human food and now he lives like a king, so maybe it'll be the same for me,too? Maybe the best part is still to come but with my luck I'll probably die soon.

It sucks as well to realize that good things only seem to happen to attractive people, and I finally got to watch those movies I wanted, Empire Of Light  and The Whale, and looking up at the stars  in the night sky or at a beautiful sunset also makes you realize that the best things in life really are free and they are one of those things that makes you feel good about being alive and I'm sorry if I haven't been a good daughter, a good wife, or a good mother, too. I'm sorry for being me.
