It's Baaack!

So much for spring! All the snow had melted and then yesterday we got more! In the afternoon it started snowing quite heavy( and enough to shovel) and now it's all coated in white again and I have to wear my boots. I guess it's a good thing we didn't get the snowtires taken off the car yet! I also still have the cough and now my throat hurts too from all the coughing and it even hurts now every time I swallow as well and I'm still all sweaty and feel "faint" and on Monday it will be 2 weeks I've been sick. My hubby also said my mother's LTC home is under "lockdown" and they aren't allowed to leave their rooms ( like prisoners, but at least we'll know where to find her and won't have to go looking around all over for her) due to a virus outbreak and one person even died. (but then again, even a mere cold kills old people) and I wonder if it might even be the same virus we have that's really kicking our ass? I'm also visiting her today as my hubby has time and this way I won't be as late like I usually am on Sunday getting back.

Today is also former PM Mulroney's funeral and everyone is saying what a nice guy he was which surprises me so either in real life he really was a good guy(and just a shitty PM) or else it's just the standard of people saying nice things about the dead, and Princess Kate (Prince William's wife) has also been sadly diagnosed with cancer( that's what the big intrigue was) and poor Prince William with both his father and his wife having cancer (it also makes me wonder if they had the Covid vaccine,too, to cause it?) and maybe now he also feels badly for cheating on her,too? and I also saw an idiot yesterday driving alone in her car wearing a mask and I can't believe that there are stupid people that still do that. I also saw a TV commercial for a lottery to win a cottage and it cost 2 million$ which is more than a house and the 29 YR old plans on taking over his boss' business when he retires and buying a house closer to Toronto and he said the downpayment is 250K and that costs more than our entire house did! My hubby also snarked to me When was the last time you dusted or vacummed anything? even though with my medical and breathing issues and my bad back I can't bend over or exert myself and nevermind the stuff that I still do; he just points out what I don't do, so I told him if it really bothers him that much then he can feel free to do it himself.Why does it necessarily have to be me?
