Happy 420, a day to celebrate all things marijuana!
There was actually a time not too long ago when I had no idea what 420 even was and my ex-sister-in-law had to explain it to me(I was so naieve once, ha, ha) and, in fact, I've only been smoking weed for 9-10 years, since I was 47 or 48 (I've always been a Late Bloomer) when I was at my wit's end with my blinding migraines and nothing was working anymore( the longest one I had was 33 days in a row; it was brutal) and my cousin suggested I smoke weed (which I first got off of one of the oldest's friends)and at that point I was so desperate I would have tried anything....and it worked, no more migraines, and it works for other pain, too, and when a Tylenol or Advil etc. won't quite do it weed does the trick and I've never looked back. The radio DJ also said this year 420 is a what I think he called a pallindrome or aomething like that, something to do with 420 and 2024 but I don't understand it but he described it as rare, sort of like a Stoner Eclipse. When it comes to numbers and math I get completely lost, even before I was a stoner.
Today I'm going to celebrate the day accordingly:
Smoke a Big Fatty!
Today my hubby also has a chess tournament in Toronto but he's not actually playing in this one, just spectating but it's the top players, people like Nakamura, etc.
Buddy is also a Diarrhrea Dachshund and did 2 big runny smelly diarrhreas on the Persian rug on my bedroom floor during the night(I wonder what he ate?) and I cleaned it up but even with the window open and I sprayed it with a doederizer spray and burned incense the smell is still there and it's just sooooo gross it's unescapable and yesterday I noticed as well he's walking funny and "wobbly" again with a "gimpy" back leg like he had another stroke again even though I never noticed it unless it happened while I was having my bath, the one and only time I wasn't by his side, or it's his IVDD (spinal issues Dachshunds are prone to) again like he also had years ago and I started carrying him and lifting him up and no longer letting him jump up and down or go up and down stairs due to it.I also only have 1 of my Easter chocolate stash left from 6 or so and I originally thought it would last months but it's only been 3 weeks.
I know.
I'm a pig.
Gluttony is my biggest sin.
One of my Facebook friends is also visiting her brother(who is a judge) and got to ride in his Bentley (which is a 300K car, it costs more than our house!) and she was so excited to go for a spin in such a sweet ride, and the 29 YR old's boss accidently ran over a baby bunny in his grass with the lawnmower, and their clients have offered if they or their families( that incl. us!) ever need anything they'll help us no cost and that incl. hot-shot lawyers that normally charge 750$/HR, cardiologists, orthopedic surgeons, etc. and his boss' daughter was waiting forever to see a cardiologist and one of their clients said have her call his office and she got in to see him within 4 days! (My hubby's still waiting to hear back from the Ortho guy,too.....) so it really is true; it's who you know, and who your connections are, that's how life really works.
No one is ever the Bad Guy in their own story.
