What's Happening.

The water advisory has now been lifted and we got tons of snow between last night and overnight. I also recently got over 100 or so new Facebook friend requests that I accepted because I won't reject anyone( because I know how that feels) and now my message box is over-filled and it's strange though why all of a sudden; did I maybe post something interesting somewhere that alot of people liked...or am I maybe being pranked or something and all these men are suddenly adding me as a friend thinking I'm available, or what?  The cinema in town which has been for sale for the past 2 years has also finally been sold for around 500K being lowered from over 600K and I hope the new owner keeps it as a cinema and doesn't convert it into a store or restaurant or some other business as I think every town needs a cinema .It's also funny that the insurance guy has the same name as one of my lawyers in Ottawa and when the lawyer here quoted his price the look on my face must have been priceless as he then asked, "Shall I still proceed?" and I told him, "Yes, I don't have any choice." In 6 more days my hubby and the 17 YR old go on their trip as well and it will feel like just Buddy and I alone in the house as the 30 YR old's usually off with his GF so we get a nice quiet break, too.

I also realized that now both my hubby and I are orphans with both of our parents dead and now the kids also don't have any living grandparents left either but I had my Babushka into my 30's as she lived to be 93. The only thing different now with my mother gone is I no longer have to visit her anymore and now my hubby has to pay for everything instead of her, plus my contribution as well which will end next month when I no longer get an income once the youngest turns 18. The 25 YR old's now in Italy ,one of my fave places I've been to( esp. the Amalfi Coast!) and I wonder though where she gets all the $$$ to travel still being so young, and it would have been nice if her BF proposed to her in Paris but I guess he doesn't love her enough to actually marry her; she's just good enough to shack up with but not to marry, and she's always lived a "charmed" life, too being pretty, she's always been popular and had opportunities open up for her  and seem to fall into her lap and life has been easy for her and she just seems to "breeze" thru life.; the total opposite of me actually. It's hard to believe she's actually my kid.😂
