See You On The Other Side.

Yesterday as I came in from outside my hubby was passing by and he told me Ozzy Osbourne died and I thought he'd mixed it up with Malcolm Jamal Warner(who drowned in a ocean current, and even a strong swimmer can and I've been caught up in ocean currents before; the trick is to swim parallel to the beach)  or was just trying to f*ck with me and he said no, it actually WAS Ozzy. 

He was 76.

My heart just sank.

He was 76 and had been battling Parkinsons which was really taking a toll on him and he could barely walk and when he had his last performance just recently he had to be strapped into the chair so he wouldn't fall out. They didn't release the cause of death but said he was surrounded by his loved ones and Parkinsons doesn't kill you directly but it's very debilitating so I wonder if maybe he even had one of those medically-assisted suicides to put him out of his misery?(If so, I don't blame him) At least the good is he's not suffering anymore but I'm sad because I've liked him ever since I was 12 or 13 so now it feels like I've lost a BIG part of my life.

People back in the 80's used to criticize his "Devil Music" too but if you actually listen to the lyrics he was warning against the Dark Side( he just looked scary) and later had a reality show (I never watched; I hate those stupid Reality shows) and with losing both him and Malcolm Jamal Warner( who was on The Cosby Show  and then later The Resident which I also loved) feels like a big chunk of my teen years in the 80's has been yanked away.

Yesterday Beja also went up to my hubby's office with his toy and barked, wanting him to play and his co-workers could hear him thru his headset and one of them told him, Go play with your dog! so he did.  I also had baaaaad abdomenal pain all day and I wonder which body part will eventually end up killing me first and I closed my eyes and saw a "vision" of Jesus, Krishna, and Buddha together surrounded by a glowing bright light purple light so I took that to mean that God accepts ALL faiths, and I saw this funny commercial on TV too that said about kids, ....save $$$ on your Little Freeloaders.... and it just cracked me up.
