Yesterday I got a bunch of pre-rolls( joints, doobies, spliffs, etc.) delivered as I was running low(it doesn't take much to make my day!) and I can't roll for shit between my Rheumatoid Arthritis and being un-co-ordinated in general and I'm glad it was yesterday instead of today as today is going to be a really shit day: it's going up to an amazing balmy 10C (yes, you read that right; it's not a typo!)....but also 20 mm of rain and a 100 KM wind! When I first heard the warm temp I said "I'm going to sit outside today!" that is, until I also heard about the rain and wind.
Yeah, I know, something always has to ruin it.
Beja(who hangs around me all the time now and I love it) wouldn't even go outside this morning to pee as it's all ice covered with water. Yesterday he liked licking the ice and puddles and all day yesterday even inside the house I kept hearing everything all melting and dripping and even loud "thud!" as the heavy snow melted and slipped off the roof. Today is also my hubby's window of opportunity to get the frozen outdoor Christmas lights thawed-out and un-stuck and taken down as tomorrow we're getting freezing rain and then more snow again Sunday as it gets cold again. They said we might even get a thunderstorm later today,too!
I also like this ring, and they picked up our garbage yesterday, a day late, even though they still picked up the recycling the day before, on the usual day,and the holidays have past, so I don't know what the hell is going on, and the youngest had already hauled it back up the night before( still heavy and full, how he didn't notice I don't know; he should have just left it there) so yesterday morning when I noticed all the neighbours' had theirs still out and it hadn't been picked up I checked ours, now back up on the veranda, and it was still full, so I hauled it back out onto the curb( killing my back in the process, which is why he does it in the first place) and it was a good thing as they picked it up not too long afterwards otherwise we would have missed it for a week. My hubby is also back to pickleball after 6 weeks of rest with his shoulder, and sometimes now when I inhale it makes a noise that sounds like I swallowed one of Beja's squeaky toys.
We also ran out of towels again and my hubby suggested that maybe the 31 YR old took a bunch with him when he moved out, so either that or else the youngest uses 2-3 of them each time he has his shower, instead of just using the same towel to dry his body and hair like my hubby and I do, and ICE agents shot and killed 3 people in separate instances in USA trying to flee them in their cars and then they lied and said they were "trying to run them over" when they were really just trying to escape and they try to "justify" it and are immune, and it's just so scary; they're the modern-day Gestapo! They started off hassling immigrants and now they're even killing their own citizens,too.
