Yesterday morning I had just washed my pillowcase and I was later woken up during my nap by the distinct smell of shit....and opened my eyes to see a fresh skid mark( AKA "Fudge Smudge") on my pillowcase where Beja was sitting right beside my head!
Just ewwwwwww!!
So then when I got up I knew there must have been a shitty somewhere(since I wasn't awake/up to let him out) and sure enough there was, in the bathroom(which technically wasn't wrong...), on the little rug( he must have thought it was his pee pad?) next to the toilet (making it easy for me flush away)and then later my hubby says, Oh! So that must be why he was barking earlier! He was telling him he had to go out while I was napping and it must have been a really good nap because I never even heard him and normally it would wake me up! He wasn't even waiting or looking for the 31 YR old yesterday,either, and hung around me all day like he used to and he even barked at me when he wanted to play,too, so I even stopped what I was doing to spend time with him because that's what love is, plus I was so grateful for it.
We also got freezing rain yesterday and yesterday everything was all coated in a layer of ice and the school buses were all cancelled again ,too, for the third day in a row, giving kids now a 2 1/2 week holiday break( but I'm sure they're not complaining, ha,ha) but it's just Public school,anyway, so it's NOT like they're missing much, just LGBT, Slava Ukraina, put condoms on bananas, recycle, save the turtles and whales, hug a tree, etc. propaganda and indoctrination. For the past 2-3 weeks or so my eyes also feel like they have some sort of "film" on them I keep trying to rub off and are dry, itchy,and sting, but it's NOT Pink-Eye (I've had many times before and it feels different)so I wonder if I'm getting cataracts that were predicted years ago and both my mother and Babushka had, and I can't believe it was already 2 weeks ago we had Christmas and New Years was a week ago!
Today it's also supposed to be really foggy( with the warm front coming in over all the snow and going up to 10 C tomorrow before it cools back down and snows again) and supposed to be zero visibility at some point, cancelling and delaying some school buses,and for some reason no one's garbage got picked up yesterday either( but they did do the recycling) even though it was the normal pick-up day (and the holidays are long past), so what the f*ck? What now? Everyone's garbage was still left on the street and it's still all there this morning.The local radio station also gives out such lame prizes such as tickets to the boat show or hockey games but other stations give out good concert tickets, like the California one I listen to.
This morning for some odd reason I also got real actual hot water in my bath, a rare treat, and yesterday when I inhaled a squeak came out and it sounded like I'd swallowed one of Beja's squeaky toys and that can't be normal. and my cough's really bad as well, and for some reason, what the hell, I don't know why, but I think PM Carney looks like Gumby, and if USA invades Greenland God help us because that crazy motherf*cker Trump is going to start WWIII but I just hope I die before then....
He laid there for hours, getting snowed in and very tired, and enjoying how the snow spiraled into his life while nothing made sense anymore.-Thomas Cayne
