I put up so many photos of Beja on this blog people are going to start to think it's a blog all about him
either that or that it's his blog.
Dog with a blog. 😂
Yesterday it got a summer-like sultry 28C with a humidex of 31C I even was sweating for the first time this season and even had to move into the shade at one point and even re-apply my deoderant! It's officially warm season now as well as we had our ceiling fans on, I had my bedroom window A/C running all night( esp. as my room is on the 3rd floor where the attic would normally be and it gets really hot up there) but not the central air yet. I also no longer need hot water for my bath anymore and my coconut oil has melted to a clear liquid now as well, I go barefoot, and have switched over to my T-shirt & shorts instead of my long pants and long-sleeve shirts.
Today it's also going up to 27C but rain and thunderstorm( a bad one they say) and then it cools off to 15C or so for the next few days. In Toronto yesterday it was 31C with a humidex of 35C! 😧

I also thought my hubby goes to the chess tournament in Quebec THIS upcoming weekend and then find out it's actually not until the weekend after so now I have to switch my cooking/menus all around and come up with something because we were just going to order-in food for our treat and I had put sunflowers on the list for my hubby to pick up and the doofus comes back with a pack of sunflower seeds and years ago I used to plant sunflowers but I haven't for awhile as the damn squirrels ( tree rats) kept eating them so I just gave up. Someone had also said before that my kids were "sheltered" too but they weren't and my mother and I even took them across Europe and the Caribbean.

Last night at 8pm I also ate this spicy sriracha ramen noodles(shown here) ....but was rudely woken up at Midnight with baaaaad deep burning heartburn in the middle of my chest that lasted an hour and came back again this morning and it's just awful (I thought my chest was going to explode)and that never used to happen before but now when I eat spicy stuff I get stomach ulcers and baaaad indigestion.
It's just NOT fair.
I still enjoy spicy food but now it tries to kill me.
My hubby says it's because I'm "old."
There's also a "dinky" little fair in town and an all-ride pass costs a whopping 85$ and just for the 6 or so rides they have and even the CNE all-day ride pass for the over 75 or so rides they have doesn't even cost that much!
What a rip-off!!
We lived in a place between hope and heartbreak.-Kayakestable
