Good 'Ol Hash.

Yesterday I ordered some hash from the local dispensary(seen here, yes, I know, it looks like a shit nugget) stepping up my game as hash is more potent to keep up with my increasing and worsening pain so I thought I'd give it a try.Remember, I'm still fairly new with weed as I didn't start until I was 47 so I've never tried hash before so it was a new experience.I was surprised when it was delivered to see how small it was, I mean it was really puny! It said 2 g and I usually get 5 g of weed flower at a time and it's a decent amount so I figured this would be just less than half but it looks like much less; it was this tiny little cube the size of my baby fingernail! For 40$! I know it's concentrated and you just need a tiny little bit, but still....it does look much bigger in the photo, doesn't it? I expected like the size of a small thin brownie slice,actually.Shit.I tried it last night and it did relieve the pain but other than that I didn't notice any difference(I didn't get high or anything) but my mother complained the smell was much stronger and she could even smell it inside the house.I think from now on I'll just stick to flower and vape though, for the best value for my $$$$ and I'm still debating if I should get the weed Advent calendar,too; I've wanted one for years but they're just soooo expensive(200$) and I never spend that much on anything and that's alot of $$$ for me now I'm no longer rich but they sell out quickly and it's only once a year and it's for Christmas and I wonder if I should just indulge myself, but then again it's just soooo much $$$....

This morning walking Buddy at 7 am it was really dark out too like it was still the middle of the night and the street lights were still on but tonight we switch our clocks back, and yesterday he ate all the liver I gave him too but left the peas so I guess he wanted sauce on it, the little diva-dog, and my hubby got the snow tires put on the car yesterday as well which is good to avoid the crowd later and we're supposed to get a snowstorm next weekend, and the other day there was soooo much frost all over the grass and rooftops as well it was a heavy thick layer all white it looked like a light dusting of snow and it was -4C! My mother also said about the main character in a TV show she's watching how He's had alot of partners! and I replied, What a man-whore! and then she clarified, He's a cop! I meant police partner! Ooops! and the 27 YR old had written down some chess moves on the paper where the grocery list is and she saw it and didn't know what it was and thought it was some sort of secret code! I was also thinking the other day too how it seems like I just graduated and I remember when the kids were born and it really doesn't seem like it was that long ago yet now all but one of them are all grown up and I'm nearing retirement age soon.....time really does go by so quickly, esp. more so the older you get!

It was funny too when I asked the doc if my mother drinking ginger ale was OK (I know it's not but she insisted it was and of course my hubby as always backed her up) and you should have seen the shocked horrified look on his face; his eyes practically bugged out and he put his hands up over his mouth and he gasped, Nooooooo! and exaplined how diabetics should NOT, ever have such sugary drinks and such and told me to tell her to have the new Coke Zero(which has no sugar) instead which she is, and it feels so good to be right(and I often am, esp. about stuff like this but no one ever listens to me) and it's weird too how she refuses my offer to try weed for her pain yet she pops pills like they're candy because, you know, Big Pharma is so much "healthier" than a natural herb, and after smoking weed my sense of hearing is amplified as well and the gentle sound of falling leaves sounds like heavy rain, like raindrops loudly hitting the window, and sitting outside peacefully smoking on my back porch I feel like the Queen of Sheba, and on the news last night now they said the COVID rates are now going up, 500 cases a day, with half being vaccinated, because, you know, their vaccines "work" so well. I bet that's also why  the cases are going up,too; reactions to the vaccines! The CEO of Air Canada is also being criticized and called to step down just because he can't speak French either and Quebec is "insulted" and I think is stupid. I'm no fan of Air Canada( they are the worst airline ever and I'd rather swim across the ocean than ever take them again!) but Quebec are racist assholes and as long as he speaks one  of the official languages, what's the problem?

I got everything I thought I wanted but I still wasn't happy.- Levy Rozman
