The other day my cousin B's first wife posted this photo of a beautiful garden on her Facebook and I just assumed it was a photo she found online somewhere and shared but it turns out that it's actually her garden! Wow! Isn't it just amazing? Even more amazing is that she said she did it all herself and didn't have a professional landscaper do it! She said she took all the grass out(so now a bonus, too; no grass to mow!) and put in the garden, with Hostas and other plants and the moonlights and it's so beautiful! The border also looks like the edge of our inground pool and what it would look like if you filled in the pool and made it a garden but she said it's just stones she put along the edge. She says it's alot of work but she enjoys it and it's worth it. All I can say is just Wow! In case you were wondering she's 9 years older than me and lives up in the Barrie area. I also saw an ad for the tackiest, gaudiest thing ever: a vinyl fence, basically a plastic fence! It just looked so cheap and tacky!
My friend I( from grade 8 and pictured here in the middle in blue) also posted this photo on her Facebook of our grade 8 graduation and you can see me in the background wearing the white dress(I used to be so skinny then!) talking to our friend K. S is also the one at the front in purple, and we were friends from grade 2-8 We lost touch after going to different highschools but reconnected years later on FB but just like everyone else she eventually tired of me too and de-friended me(I recently sent her a new friend request but haven't heard back and don't expect to) and I guess it's hard to have a relationship with someone who is autistic and bipolar and eventually they just get fed up and ditch me but it's even harder for me (and just imagine how I feel) always being discarded and abandoned by everyone. I remember grade 8 graduation too and how everyone was so sad to leave the school and their friends but I was so glad and couldn't wait to get out of there; it was one of the worst years of my life and I hated that school; it was where I got the worst of the bullying ever!
Yesterday my hubby was at McDonald's and I wanted him to get me a new fruit/yogurt smoothie, the one shown here, the peach/passionfruit one and I was excited for it and looking forward to it all day....and then he came back without it and I was just so disappointed and he said that the machine was broken.
It figures.
Just my "luck.". Unless it really wasn't and he just said that and just didn't get it on purpose because he wanted to be an asshole and make me suffer. With him you never really know, but either way I never ended up getting it. Yesterday we also had 2 thunderstorms along with a severe weather watch and we had over 70 mm of rain!
This is also the castle that my cousins are staying at for their anniversary and the 15 YR old is going camping with his friend and his family for 4 days and Quebec is so racist as well now they're even trying to eliminate English schools even though everywhere else in the country we're forced to learn French and they have French schools here; my friend D went to one in Toronto where everything was all taught in French.Quebec also forces new immigrants to only learn French, not English, they don't have a choice, even though officially the country is supposed to be bilingual which means both French and English but Quebec's always been the most racist province and they even banned people wearing religious symbols such as hijab, turban, etc.
Don't get discouraged, don't be afraid, we can
Make it through another day.- Triumph
