A Perfect Day.

Yesterday was a perfect day; the weather was just right: 25 C and nice and warm with a light breeze but not too hot but yet also not too cold. It was just right and even Buddy was outside all day. Usually it's been too hot for him( he's an old dog and he doesn't like the heat and can only be out a bit in the early morning before it gets too hot and he stays in the shade where it's cooler). I also took this cool photo of the awesome clouds. I always thought that 25 C was the perfect temp.Too bad it can't be 25 C and like yesterday every day all year! To me that would be the perfect climate. I also noticed that Mr. Sunflower no longer has his 4 small sunflowers anymore (just his 2 big tall ones) so either he uprooted them or the critters ate them all...My cough was also really bad yesterday and I often felt like I had something "stuck" in my throat and Buddy caught another mouse, too! I found it dead and its fur all wet, in the livingroom. I guess once it died and stopped squeaking he got bored of it and left but at least he didn't eat it!

I haven't been able to get my radio station from the Google Home device for the past 3 days either, coincidentally the time since my hubby left for his weekend adventure in Toronto with the kids and I can't help but wonder( knowing him) if he purposely blocked it somehow so I wouldn't be able to listen to my radio he knows I enjoy  and I posted the photo I took of the 19 YR old on my Facebook as well and she got a bunch of "likes" and a cousin said she's " a pretty girl" and "takes a good photo" and a friend in Australia said she's "beautiful"  and I've always had nick-names for the neighbours as well and it makes me wonder what nick-names they might have for me,too, and I imagine probably something like The Bald Lady (I'm starting to grow my hair out a bit longer now for the cooler fall weather; still ultra-short though but more of a Pixie) or The Pothead, The Old Stoner, or The Lady With The Weiner Dog...😂

So take me away Come on fly me away Lift me up so high Where eagles fly.-Sammy Hagar
