He went to his house and even got to meet him, the lucky bastard!!

At first his boss goes, I bet you have no idea who he even is... and the 29 YR old was like, Nope, absolutely no idea.... and his boss said, But I bet your mother does!  and he told him who he was and then he came back home last night and told me and I just freaked! Rush is one of my fave. bands( despite being Canadian; I liked them before I knew) and I finally got to see them live a few years back,and, in fact, just finished reading Geddy's book I got for Christmas! My hubby said if we knew ahead of time I should have given him the book to bring along and see if he could have signed it for me. He's met so many rich and famous folks, incl. Galen Weston and Drake's mother!

I still can't believe he actually got to meet Geddy Lee! He wasn't impressed though; he didn't even know who he was and just said he was "some old guy."

We also got an ice storm yesterday followed by rain and now everything is coated in a layer of ice which makes it look pretty but is treacherous for walking or driving and when Buddy just stepped out the door this morning he slipped and fell twice! My friend J( from the YMCA group) also left for Cuba yesterday (it's also his birthday today; he's 59)and just in time,too, and my hubby asked me what happened to the popcorn he'd left overnight he was saving only  I thought was just being lazy and left his mess and didn't clean up so I tossed it out to feed the hungry squirrels and he said he really thinks Trump will win the US Presidential election and be re-elected, God-forbid ,and I just hope that I die beforehand if so because the world will be f*cked, and if I die before Buddy I want Patti to take him; even though we are no longer friends I know she loves him(and he likes her) and would take good care of him( and it's about what's best for him) unlike my family I worry would probably just abandon him in the street or in a shelter. I also had this weird dream last night I went back to Toronto but forgot my purse and didn't have any $$$ for streetcar fare and couldn't get back to my old house.

I also saw  this woman, named Theresa Caputo, on TV yesterday and she has the worst hair in a woman I've ever seen, to go along with the guy the other day who had the worst hair.It just looks so ridiculous and like a rat's nest and looks like a wig! I had no idea who she is but it turns out she's one of those "mediums" that I think are all phonies, fakes, and charlatrans, anyway,and I haven't had any more blood from my ass since yesterday( but I still have the abdomenal,. stomach,and back pain) I assume is likely my diverticulitis acting up, and I could never decide if I like David Lee Roth or Sammy Hagar better in Van Halen; it's like asking me to pick a favourite child( although I think that would be easier) but today I heard David Lee Roth ranting on talking shit about Eddie, Alex, and Wolfgang Van Halen, and he sounded like a real asshole, and I remember before Eddie saying how David really knew how to "push his buttons" and "drive him crazy" so it would seem that David is most likely the problem here, so in that context I'd have to say I prefer Sammy.
