Of Course.

Yesterday as I put something in the trailer I noticed a note stuck to the front door. It was from Purolator  saying they'd came with my new credit card but "no one was home" (bullshit; we were home all day) so they left the notice for me to go pick it up.

WRONG!!!

The lazy bastards never even rang the doorbell.

and we know this for a fact  because we have the Ring doorbell and camera and my hubby has it recorded on his phone and he went back to check and no one rang the door.

The lazy f*cker just left the notice.

Defeating the entire purpose of a courier, which is supposed to deliver your package to your door (that's, you know, their job!!) so you don't have to go down there and pick it up.

It figures though, doesn't it? Just MY "luck." Why can't things ever just go right  and work out for me? Why does everything always have to f*ck up and be so hard all the time?

So I asked my hubby to bring me there(I had to show photo gov't ID) after work but he was dawdling as always, squeezing in as much daylight as he could get to get the outdoor lights done on time) so we didn't get there until after 5pm and he insisted they were "open until 7pm, or at least until 6pm..." and we got there and

It was closed.

They closed at 5pm.

Of course.

But the light was still on and the workers were still there and saw us looking all defeated and forlorn scratching at   the locked door and opened the door for us and let us in,feeling "sorry" for us( God bless them!) and I got my new card.

Nothing can ever just go smoothly  for me or ever just work out the first time but luckily even amid the chaos and all the shit in life God also sends helpers along the way,too.

Trudeau also is supposed to announce a temporary  "break" in the GST tax at the prompting of the NDP, on certain goods, to try and make life more "affordable", and now we're taxed 15 % on top of everything we buy, as well as Income Tax already taking close to 50% of our income; this shithole is waaay too unaffordable and everyone is just struggling to survive, and Biden now allowing Ukraine to use  US long-range missiles deep into Russia is basically an act of war between NATO and the BRIC( Brazil, Russia, India, and China) alliance and quite possibly start WWIII but he's on his way out and doesn't give a shit and will just leave his mess behind  for someone else to deal with, and poor Jay Leno's one entire side of his face and eye is purple bruised he said he fell down a hill and not too long ago he was badly burned  fixing his car as well so he either has reaaaallly bad luck or someone's out to "get" him. He looks like someone beat the shit out of him. Some rumours are that he has "Panda Eyes" and it's an "initiation" to the "Black Eye Club" but I don't even want to  go there or think about that.

There was also a "cyclone bomb" on Vancouver Island but luckily the girls live on the mainland and aren't affected by it and my hubby cracked to me, I thought you knew geography? and I told him World geography,yes, but NOT Canadian geography! I only took that because I had  to, not because I was interested! and someone online put their dog "down" and now feels guilty and regrets it and said she "feels like I paid someone to kill her" which she basically did which is exactly why I could never do that to Buddy and I wonder too if my high BP ,chronic cough,and feeling like a "lump" always "stuck" in my throat and other symptoms( lethargy, feeling sweaty or chilled, brain fog,weight gain,etc.) could possibly be thyroid cancer? Thyroid does also regulate BP and body temp and can cause those symptoms if out-of-whack  and even though my thyroid was checked it was only for hypo and hyper thyroid-ism and NOT for thyroid cancer....It just makes me wonder...
