The weekend ice storm was epic but it did look beautiful(everything looks like it's all covered in glass) and I got some amazing photos(seen here)! We got 25 mm and lost power a couple of times but nothing too bad, esp. compared to some 400K other people who still have none. It's 10 C now and raining and it all melted and we have tree limbs and chunks of ice in our driveway now and my hubby and the 30 YR old also had to shovel off a thick layer of ice in our driveway. That horrible headache I also had for 3 days is also finally gone(but it affected my brain as I notice I'm spelling everything wrong and reversing letters I have to edit) and my guess is it was related to the storm; that it must have been a really low pressure system (I am connected to nature!)and it lasted for 36 HRS straight,too, the storm. Now we're also supposed to get snow Wednesday and I can't believe it's already April tomorrow,too, and it's the opposite day of my birthday which is 4 January which is 4/1 and tomorrow is 1/4 so it would be kind of cool if that's the day I die.
My therapist once said "people don't abandon the people they love, they abandon the people they're using" and that was all the closure I needed.-Ivy on X
The storm also reminds us that nothing lasts forever and all things will eventually pass.
This morning my hubby was also thumping really loud doing his yoga even though I thought yoga was supposed to be quiet and peaceful...
