Yesterday morning Beja and I finally got to go outside( and here he is basking in and enjoying the sun, just like I do!) and then in the afternoon it rained again but not just rained but it poured; torrential rain, and half of the neighbour's lilac bush across the street even got destroyed and this morning on the radio news they said just on the weekend alone we got 57 mm of rain and it's supposed to rain again this afternoon(maybe even a storm,too) but we can get out again this morning at least and tomorrow is supposed to be nice and sunny and 21 C but then more stupid rain for the next 3 days. I think we should start building an ark! I'm just soooo sick of all this stupid rain! Ugh! I also thought I'd miss the news last night as there was a redneck hockey game on before but luckily it finished just in time( it started 3 hours before) so I guess it was pre-recorded and when I switched the channel over it was on 3rd period and I have no idea how many periods are even in a hockey game so I asked Google (and my hubby) and it said 3 so I knew it was almost done as it said there was only 5 minutes left. I also heard Stairway To Heaven yesterday and today it's been 7 weeks since my beloved Buddy died.
My heart and my life is so empty without him.
Yesterday this photo also showed up in my Facebook memory feed and it made me cry.
I still can't believe she's gone and it's been 5 months already. It's also been 5 months the 30 YR old's been out of work( and no, he didn't go back today like anticipated) there's always something and I worry he won't ever be going back and at some point the boss might just give up and decide to retire. I also heard this radio ad where a woman says her son bought a new dress and it just made me roll my eyes; why do they always have to put all that weird perverted shit into everything all the time anyway? It's NOT "normal" no matter how much they force and foist it on to society. King Charles is also going to give the Throne Speech in front of Parliament tomorrow, the first time a monarch has done so in 48 years, which is telling as it is a signal to the Americans that Canada is a Commonwealth nation and is sovereign, so hands off!! It's NOT for sale!
This also broke my heart; Israel killed 9 out of 10 of a doctor's kids in Gaza, and yet the genocide and war crimes continue to go on unchecked and food and other aid is prevented from entering the enclave and people are being starved to death while the world sits by and watches but does nothing, just like during the Nazi regime for the longest time, and I had a dream last night too my BFF had this public breakdown and I told her loved her,and Billy Idol played in Toronto again last night to a sold-out outdoor concert but it was raining so everyone would have got drenched(I saw him at the indoor venue), just like I did when I saw Def Leppard at that same venue years ago and there was this huge downpour. I also like these pants(shown below)and if I wasn't such a big fat hippo I'd be able to wear more styles of clothes.
