Chihuahua Appreciation Day.

I heard on the radio this morning today is Chihuahua Appreciation Day and I sure do appreciate and love my little guy(not just today but every day) but one of the DJs goes, I hate those things! which I thought was so mean, and my hubby goes, It would be nice if he didn't chew up toilet paper rolls and pee on everything! but I'm pretty sure he's still a puppy though(and not a year old like the breeder said) and I got a good look at his teeth yesterday and he only has half of them in and they're tiny puppy teeth, which would also explain why he's teething and chews on everything so I got him a new Nylabone which he seems to like. He also does this hilarious thing where he opens up his mouth to yap but nothing comes out for a few seconds (I call it "The Silent Scream")and it's just so funny it cracks me up and I should get him a vest with spikes on it too for when he's outside in the backyard so a hawk or falcon doesn't think he looks like a delicious little morsel and swoop down and snatch him up, and Buddy was like my Little Fox and Beja is my Little Fawn. My hubby also said it's "racist" I said he'd like my burrito because he's Mexican even though he did.😂

This is also my suntan, you can see, esp. against the white wall, which is my usual winter skin colour,  and yesterday it was 24 C here but 36 C  in Winnipeg.....holy shit, that's even hotter than in the Caribbean, and apparantly Facebook thinks I'm suicidal as well as they sent me an alert but I'm not; I want to die and I'm waiting to die but I'm NOT going to actually do it myself now I have Beja and he needs me and depends on me and gives me someone to live for, and I hope when I get to the Other Side I can also re-visit and re-live the Good Times and good memories again, and the radio DJ was surprised and said he didn't know that Dan Hill was half Black, but I always did, but I didn't know that he was Canadian though.

Close-knit, we were not. It used to grieve me a bit but that's life. Merely being related don't count for shit, ultimately.-Philip on Quora
