Dread Head.

My new dreads came yesterday( shown here)! I got them in light grey, so now I have them in every colour; blonde, light brown with blonde highlights, red, dark brown, and now light grey. Beja didn't recognize me at first when I put them in and he barked at me and cautiously backed away but then when he heard my voice and got my scent he knew it was still me and wagged his tail and ran over to me. I was surprised but got lucky this time,too: usually I have to pay a 50$ duty tax and they knock on my door but this time for some reason I didn't and they didn't and the package was just left out on my front veranda(yes, in the rain, and luckily no one stole it either, but I was watching, expecting its arrival any day,too) and I think this time the reason is the vendor put down on the customs declaration it was only valued at 100$ ( when actually it was closer to 300$) so it wasn't taxed as they only do it if over 200$ so I got a break.

Yahoo!

This hardly ever happens to me!

There's also this sagging spot on top of one of the couches( the one the youngest ruined) and Beja lays on it like a hammock and it's just the cutest thing, and he's such a diva and so spoiled as well he won't eat his dog food unless I cut it up into little cubes and hand-feed him, and yesterday as I was getting the accumulation of rain off the canopy in the backyard he ran under it at just the exact same time.....and got soaked with the downpour of water as I flipped the roof back to drain the water off, and the 30 YR old said he really enjoys him,too and gets along well with him as he's such a happy, fun, playful energetic little guy and loves to play and snuggle (he also likes to sit on my lap as I'm on the computer,too)and he's so cuddly and loving and I know exactly what he means and he's NOT the "stereotypical" yappy snapping Chihuahua and I heard the other day as well a Chihuahua lived to be 23 and the radio DJ said his daughter has a sweet loving one like Beja named Paisley.

I also love this funky "genie" pants and it's been a "high" of 12 C (and stupid rain) all week as well when the seasonal average is around 21 C but supposed to finally clear up and get warmer this upcoming week( finally!) and I think it's been the coldest and wettest May on record, and the 30 YR old is almost done his physio since his concussion( which is good at something like 125$ a session!) and finally goes back to work on Monday(hopefully) and I can't believe that both Buddy and my mother are gone now and they  were both such a big part of my life,too, it feels empty now like something's missing and a big part of my life is missing.
