I can tell and feel that it's almost summer. For the past few days the mosquitoes have been eating me alive only now I can't wear insect repellent anymore because Beja licks me and that stuff's poison and now my coconut oil has melted to the consistancy of melted butter, all soft and gooey and eventually it will turn to a liquid ( in winter it's a solid) and yesterday we had lots of rain and I saw a girl at the corner walking home from school and she was just drenched and looked so downtrodden but things will soon look up as she only has 2 weeks of school left and then 2 months off for summer vacation. I also had to do 2 loads of laundry after the youngest came back from camping (but I used to have 3-4 loads a day when the kids were younger and I used cotton diapers, esp. that time when I had 4 of them in diapers at once) and it's funny too the difference between camping here and camping in Europe: in Europe their idea of "camping" is in a camper parked in a park but here it's sleeping in a tent in the actual woods surrounded by wild animals, except for my cousins( the ones with the horses) who go in their big-ass motor home with A/C and all the amenities my hubby scoffs is "glamping".

For the past 2 days my abdomenal pain is also really baaad and I thought it was from that dosa I ate the other night but it wouldn't last for 2 days so it must just be my diverticulitis again and my back really hurts as well and I'm really itchy the past few days as well( must be my liver acting-up again) and when I scratched 4 moles just popped completely right off, too; one on my arm and 3 on my leg and with my hubby's tooth extraction he can only eat soft food for a week and no popcorn, nuts, or seeds for a month which surprised me as when I had mine done it was just for 24 HRS. Silly Beja was also barking at the shovel on the porch and I recorded a video of it(I tried to post it here but it didn't work even though it did on Twitter and Facebook) and then when I played back the video he barked at hearing himself barking, too! 😂 Bonding with Buddy was also a spiritual experience and now DHL (the German courier and the one that brought my dreads) is also on strike so I got my shipment just in time!

The radio DJ also said, No one can honestly say they don't care how the hockey finals end
Yup.
Me.
I couldn't care less.
I also don't give a shit, a f*ck, or a rat's ass.
We're also running low on food again( and I never had any lunch or snack for the past 2 days) and reminded my hubby it's time for grocery shopping and then he said the more I "nag" him about it the longer it will be (he's such a stubborn, childish prick)when I'm just trying to let him know we need food but his stupid hobbies like chess and pickleball take up all the time leaving none left and I reminded him that family obligations should come first and he said no, it's worked around his hobbies and NOT the other way around, if you can believe it, and the 30 YR old hasn't done jiu-jitsu( he's a Brown belt) in a long time but I guess with all the concussions he's had it's probably for the best as he cant "afford" to have any more, and his GF saw this vintage framed photo she wanted to buy but it cost 400$ so he found an identical photo and framed it himself and gave it to her, reminding me of my aunt and uncle( the ones that had the coin collection worth over a million $ and owned the apple orchard and the summer camp): every time she'd even just casually mention that she liked something he'd take notice of it and buy it for her later and surprise her with it. He loved her so much and was so "in tune" with her and so thoughtful, it was so sweet.
I wish I had a love like that.
Suffering is part of the path He asks us to take, to walk, but we do not walk it alone. We never walk it alone.-Andy Fletcher
