The Thing.

Check this out: this morning as I was drying off after my bath( today I had coconut oil and lavender Epsom salts to soak and luxuriate in) I noticed this thing on my lower left leg. I have no idea what it is or where it came from but it looks like a burn mark to me although I have no idea how I'd ever get a burn on my leg! I also heard there are now close to 500 wildfires across the country( holy shit!) and we only got half the amount of rain in June we usually get but I'm ok with that esp. since in May we got more than double the average amount and I saw this survey asking Do you watch Love Island? (this really lame TV show) and I replied, NO! I'd rather stick pins in my eyes! You couldn't even pay me to watch that crap and I think Bravo has the worst shows of all. I also heard Stairway To Heaven on the radio again this morning.

I also saw Beja trying to do a shit in the house so I scolded him and he got scared and took off running with a turd hanging out of his ass(it was comical, actually) so I grabbed him and put him outside but all he did was a 'sleigh ride"/scoot his ass along the porch carpet and yesterday the 30 YR old's GF brought her dog over again and Beja likes it but I wonder why she has to bring it over so much; I mean, why not just leave it at home? It makes Beja more "territorial" in peeing indoors marking his spot. I don't bring MY dog everywhere I go, and I also heard her tell the 30 YR old she loves  him ( awww......) and he said she makes his lunches for him for work every day as well and even puts in little love-notes which I think is sweet and yesterday he told me Be nice  to your future daughter-in-law (right in front of her) too but it doesn't really matter  what  think though; he's the one that will be marrying her, not me, so as long as he loves her that's all that really matters.

I also like these clothes(here and below) and I notice Beja's finally NOT shedding(Chihuahua glitter,ha,ha) as much now his Puppy Coat and winter coat is out and the other day my hubby gave him this big piece of banana as well I told him was too big and he'd choke and he goes it's ok he'll chew it.....but even Beja knew it was too big and wouldn't eat it and looked up at me for help so I broke it up into 3 smaller pieces for him and then he ate it and I gave my hubby a dirty look for being so stupid. He also played pickleball again yesterday, for 5 days in a row( unless he really didn't and just said he was but was actually seeing his mistress?) and I think he's really taking a chance at his age exerting himself so much, esp. in this heat and just hope he doesn't have a heart-attack!

I also read online someone complaining people keep stealing lemons off her lemon tree in her yard and alot of the Americans that replied said that they'd actually shoot  them! Holy f*ck! really? Isn't that kind of extreme? I mean, people walking by take mulberries off our trees all the time and I don't care; I figure there's enough for everyone, and even for the birds and squirrels, too! I never could wrap my head around Americans' sick obsession with guns. On the 11th is my mother's birthday and she would have turned 84 and it will be her first birthday without her and we would always go to our fave. Italian place to eat and now it will just feel empty she's not here anymore. I still remember too how she said she was worried the 29 YR old would never find someone because he's so weird but I never did; I just assumed he'd get with another Goth ...and now he's engaged and they recently bought a house together.

I'm also surprised I'm coping much better than I thought I would losing both my mother and Buddy so I guess I'm either stronger than I thought I was
or else I'm just numb now  from so much death, loss, and grief?

Forgive your parents for their pain which kept them from being better parents.-Ann Patrick
