Just One Shot.

Yesterday my hubby saw his doc about his relentless shoulder pain he even rated 10/10 on the pain scale at it's worst ( for comparison  I rated my gallbladder attacks a 6. surgery recovery a 9, migraines a 10, and labour a 12) so it's either really bad or he's just a wimp, and he's lucky,too; he was just putting his health card away and the doctor called him in; with mine I can never even get thru; it's always either busy or I get the machine but you can't leave a message and in the odd time I DO get thru the earliest I can get in is 2 weeks and I always end up waiting at least an hour in the office even with an app't. He has an x-ray and ultrasound for today ,too, (that's fast; it usually takes weeks, if not months!) and will go back later for one steroid shot. I just hope it's a muscle or tendon or something torn or pulled and NOT some kind of insidious cancer(like lung,breast, or pancreas for example) where often the first or only symptom is after it's already  spread and all you notice is distant pain such as in the hips, back, etc. or in his case, shoulder. Hopefully it's just from over-use doing raquet sports and him getting old and wearing out. He also got some Naproxin pills.

The 30 YR old also gave Beja this gross rawhide only one side actually still has fur on it( ewww!) when usually it's just rawhide on both sides and he really seems to like it but it grosses me out and by the fur I would guess cowhide so I just hope he doesn't end up getting Mad Cow Disease (rawhides can be dangerous for dogs, esp. the ones from China)or something from it,  and I saw my Angel Bird again yesterday and it's so cold ( 10 C) in the mornings now as well I have to have hot water back in my bath again and the headache is back and my BP was high again: 176/101 and I also heard the Liam Neeson Pamela Anderson romance isn't actually real,either, but just a publicity stunt for their upcoming new movie and now I feel so deceived, esp. since I was genuinely happy for them, esp. for him after losing his wife 16 YRS ago, but just more proof again that we're always being lied to and nothing is as it appears to be. I really shouldn't be surprised though since they are actors afterall and everything is just an illusion.

I also heard a new mother died of sepsis just 2 days after she gave birth and now the husband is suing the hospital for negligence as they didn't "catch" it soon enough  and kids in Pickering near Toronto have to spend a whopping 3 HRS a day on the school bus(longer than their father's commute!) even though they only live a 30 minute drive away, so yet another reminder why it's best to homeschool your kids. Schools go back there on Tuesday and here Wednesday. Today was also the last day my hubby had for me available  to go to the CNE  as well but it's a good thing I didn't wait until now the last minute and went earlier since it turned out he has to get his x_ray and ultrasound today and I would have been out of luck. It's always better to NOT wait until the last minute but to always jump at the first chance you get otherwise you may end up missing out.
