The OTHER Other 1%.

I heard this the other day and it struck with me in its truthfulness:
Farmers are only 1% of the population but they feed 100% of the population.
Yesterday was also another perfect summer day and we were outside....until it suddenly started pouring rain so I let Beja inside but I still had to stay out (under a canopy) until I finished smoking my doobie. Later on we were back out again once it cleared up but had to come back in earlier than planned as I noticed 2 hawks circling above, like they were "casing out" my little Chihuahua as a yummy little morsel for lunch. Thanks to Beja I can also now smile again, laugh again, sing along with songs once again, dance again, and find joy in life once again as well something I never thought I'd be able to do after Buddy died and next month it will be 5 months  already and tomorrow it will be exactly 8 months since my mother died as well. So much loss in such little time. I also saw my rare Angel Bird twice yesterday as well; the cardinal that's half red and half black I like to think is a sign from my mother on the Other Side.

Everyone got back safely yesterday as well and Beja was happy to see my hubby and the 30 YR old( who also returned 30 min. before my hubby and the youngest) and he greeted them at the door, tail wagging, with his toy wanting to play, but I also noticed that he didn't squeal and do flips like he always does for me whenever I go out anywhere and return home, even if it's just for a few minutes, so I guess I really am his Person, his Hooman, afterall, and my hubby said somewhere along the way the car brakes broke as well; making a screeching and grinding sound so in Bolton he had them fixed and they went on their way, and it turned out they had just worn out over 10 years. I also noticed the 30 YR old was limping and one of his shoes looks like it was  chewed up by a dog so it makes me wonder if he was  maybe even attacked by a dog at some point?

Yesterday again(for a second time!) when I was sitting on the couch Beja was looking intensely at something behind me( near the wall) and got spooked and ran off in fear, making me wonder if he maybe saw a spirit or something, like perhaps my mother stopping by for a visit, or the Shadow People again, or maybe the Angel of Death coming for me? This morning it's also cold like fall, just 10C and we'll need either jackets or blankets sitting outside today at least until it warms up later, and my hubby sees the doctor tomorrow( finally!) for his shoulder that's been bothering him for months and I hope it's NOT cancer or something, and it's all over the Internet Taylor Swift is engaged and I couldn't care less. It's on my Top Ten List of Things I Don't Give A Shit About . It's probably just a publicity stunt, anyway.

You and me with the dead next door.-Billy Idol
