A crisis is inevitable once the boat has flipped.
Crisis is the alarm system of the mind, going off because it no longer understands what it always believed it understood.
It no longer knows what is true or not true.
There is confusion.
You no longer know what you are.
The mind struggles to describe you.
It struggles to make sense of things, to place it somewhere, to understand it, to put it in a box.
It is running at maximum speed trying to grasp what happened, but it cannot comprehend it anymore.
What has happened cannot be contained.
It cannot be placed anywhere.
It cannot be fixed.
It cannot be replaced with a new story.
Everything seems to be collapsing.
The system breaks down.
This cannot be prevented, it must be lived through.
An experienced teacher lets you fall gradually,
or offers temporary support so you can fall more slowly.
Meaning is born out of meaning-lessness.
I live a life that's not real
Where all that I feel has no meaning My life is like an ever-spinning wheel Full of wounds that won't heal deep inside me.-Foreigner
