Retro.

I saw the new Scrubs episode the other day and I don't watch remakes but this one had the original cast just like before and I can't believe it's been over 20 YRS ago.

Holy shit.

They brought back all the main ones, incl. JD, Dr. Cox, Turk, Carla, Elliot, and even Todd! I was surprised even after all this time they really didn't look that much different or seem to have aged thast much, mostly just Dr. Cox( who was the oldest character  to begin with) and then JD and now Turk and Carla have 4 girls and JD and Elliot are divorced which made me sad though(they never mentioned yet if they had any kids or not) and I really wish the writers hadn't done that. I'll definitely be watching the rest of the seaoson. I really liked it and it brought me back to the original which was funny as well and was one of my fave. shows. I also got more weed and I couldn't find one of my socks.....but did later.....Beja had stolen it, the little bugger.

This is also a photo of me in 1989 age 22 prego with my first baby. Note the dresser which I painted myself( as well as the nursery walls to match) and see the "old-fashioned" analog clock and phone on the dresser as well? HA! It's almost like going back in time. The fuzzy green dice hanging on the wall I also had since I was a teen and I got this one time at the CNE.  

I also panicked yesterday thinking my fingers were really bleeding but it just turned out to be sauce from my souvlaki and when I asked the Google Home device the temp it gave it to me in F even though we don't even use that here in this country but use C.

Duuuh.

So much for being smart.

Here I am with the oldest as a newborn. He turns 37 later this year. Holy shit, does that ever make me feel old.

Today it's also going up to a balmy 5 C and next week to 8C ( soon I can get back to sitting outside! Yahoo!)  and I can't believe it's almost March already and we have to switch the clocks again soon.

Here is the 31 YR old at age 3 in 1997. He was just soooooooo cute! Of all of the kids he was the cutest when he was little and now he's handsome,too. I sent him this photo which he liked and said he wants me to send him more of his childhood photos so probably sometime today I'll go thru the old photo albums, take photos of the old photos and e-mail them off to him. It is also a fact that I am never chosen above others and yesterday I said to myself my hubby has "Cubs and Cadets" when I actually meant pickleball and squash....and Cubs and Cadets are things the now-adult  kids  did years ago when they were younger so my White Matter decline must be declining even more,  and below is a photo when I was 34 and prego with baby # 9, now 24, and I like that photo and don't think I actually look too bad,either, and it was also before I lost my "spark" and 2 years before my worst  trauma would hit me and leave me shattered, broken, never to be the same again.

You can even see I still had light in my eyes back then.
