Pirates Of Hormuz

This is the sky this morning. You can't really tell too well from the photos(here and below) but you can from outside and from inside the house: it looks really dark out, like it's nighttime or during an eclipse. It's due to the wildfire smoke wafting over from the forest fires in North Western Ontario & Quebec. It started last night and at first I thought a house right here in town was on fire it was so smoky and the acrid  burned smell was so strong and it's still here today but this morning I heard on the news it was due to the drifting wildfire smoke. I remember last year though it came all the way from Alberta which is almost all the way across the other end of the country in the West. Yesterday it was sooooo hot as well you couldn't even go outside and the air was so hot and "thick" you could hardly even breathe. The grass is also turning brown and the leaves on the trees are wilting. It felt like 45C yesterday and even this morning by 7 am it was already 24C but has a humidex of  32C already!

Ugh!

Now f*ckwit Trump has not only resumed attacks on Iran( so much for the "ceasefire") but he's also policing the Strait Of Hormuz which is in Iranian territory and now he's deciding which ships can pass/navigate thru the passage and is controlling the critical shipping waterway and even says now since USA is "protecting" ships' "safe passage" he's charging them a 20% "fee" of the worth of their cargo as "compensation."

Yes, really.

Who does he think he is though?

USA is *NOT* the "boss" of the world!!!!!

They seriously need to f*ck off and someone needs to kill that guy fast!

My hubby also informed me yesterday that he and the youngest will be away all upcoming weekend in London as the second-oldest is flying in from Vancouver to be a part of an "old friend's" wedding, but when I asked him for more details, such as which friend, their name, and are they from the old church, Cadets, university, etc. he had no idea, to see if it was maybe someone I knew or remember, so it made me suspicious, esp. since they are very well known for hiding things from me and having their own little "club" and secrets I've never been a part of  and excluding me from and it even makes me wonder if it's really  actually the 30 YR old getting married who lives in London with his fiance....

I really wouldn't put it past them.

Esp. since before when he changed his gender(which is BIG NEWS) and no one even bothered to tell me and they kept it secret from me for months, if not years and I've never been a part of their "inner circle" and am always left out.

That just really hurt.

That would just be a real betrayal and really cruel,hurtful and mean though; for one of the kids to get married behind my back and not only to NOT invite  me but to not even tell me. I know we've never got along (and he's the one that when he visited for Christmas would give gifts to everyone except  me in an obvious cruel and deliberate snub)and I couldn't leave Beja alone all weekend anyway (and my back couldn't take a 5 HR drive) but it would still be a really awful  thing to do.

It just doesn't make sense to me that if it's her friend getting married why my hubby and the youngest have to go and also why would she spend hundreds of $$$$ on airfare to just come down  all that way( over 5 HR flight) for a weekend just for a wedding  for an old friend(but you might for a sibling)? She doesn't exactly have the $$$.

It's just that my experiences in life has made me suspicious and question everything.
