DIY Roses.

Look what I got yesterday! Orange roses( my fave. kind!) I don't wait for someone else to buy me flowers; I buy my own flowers!  I also finally broke down and bought myself new PJ's (after I don't know how many years!) as my others are decades old and are all falling apart and literally hanging by threads; all worn out, have holes, and the waistband elastics are all stretched out and keep falling down. I'd hoped to buy it on sale but only the kids' sizes were on sale so I "splurged" and bought 2 pairs for 26$ each (it's funny how I used to think nothing of dropping a couple of hundred or more each week on a new skirt, sweater, etc. whatever caught my eye, and to shop at high-end stores like Brettons , Esprit and Benneton back when I had $$$$ but now I consider it 'extravagant" and a "luxury" to get new PJ's at Wal-Mart). I got one that's a one piece and oatmeal colour with red and grey striped accents and a hood and it's just sooo warm and cozy, like that really warm fuzzy blanket material( in fact, Buddy even has a blanket like that) and another 2 piece one that's purple made of the same ultra-soft material,. I just loooooove them and it's soooo warm!(and if I should happen to die anytime soon my mother can still wear them so it's not $$$ wasted and my abdomenal and back pain is still really bad today,too, esp. lower right abdomen) I was so snuggly in bed all night and it dropped down to - 4 C!  My hubby also is getting the snow tires on the car today and tomorrow is likely our last day outside(and if either or both of us die before spring it really will be our last  day sitting out enjoying outside!) 14 C as then it's dropping down to 2C and 4C, more seasonal but too cold to sit out so I'll bring in my chair for its winter hibernation and hunker down for the winter.

This is also my hair now I grew it out a bit longer( no longer a Buzz cut) for the cold weather and last night I rescued 2 ferns(I named Fernie and Fernicus) from the neighbour's down the street they had put out for garbage and I brought them indoors(I'm a plant rescuer) and re-homed them and yesterday my mother shit on the toilet seat(it was soooo nasty and gross!) and I told her but she still didn't even bother cleaning it for some 3-4 HOURS later, and it was so bad I had to lift up the toilet seat and just squat over the bowl to do my business( we do have 2 other bathrooms but they're up on the 2nd and 3rd floor and it's hard for me to go up and down the stairs) and the 28 YR old was so repulsed he took one look at it and goes, Nope! and just went up to another bathroom, and she had the nerve to say to me if it botheredme so much that I could clean it and I told her it's her shit; it's up to her to clean it and that I'm NOT cleaning up her shit!  Buddy's sore on his face is also back to bleeding again last night and this morning again( when he was straining to shit) and as much as I love him( more than anything!) I still hate it when people say things like Fur Babies, Pet Parents, Dog Mom, Fur Dad, etc.it just sounds so stupid and it's so annoying; they're still NOT kids and you're NOT their "parent"; you're their human; their friend, their companion, their caretaker, etc. but you din't give birth to them and they're not your "kids".and pushing dogs in strollers is just the dumbest thing ever; they're dogs, not babies, and they're supposed to walk!
