I found this on Quora and it's soooo true and something I could have written myself.
Canada is horrible for new immigrants.
Unless you bought a house 15 years ago you'll spend your entire salary on rent.
Healthcare is terrible. There are no doctors, and if a doctor immigrates to Canada he or she will probably work in McDonald's.
Corrupt government. Maybe 20-30 years ago Canada was a beacon of light, however in 2023 politicians are stealing with “gloves off”. Similar to South America or Ukraine.
Most of the members of Canadian Parliament have investment properties, so they artificially inflate housing prices and rent.
No real freedom of speech. Everyone is suppose to stand with LGBTQ.
I'm not even going to mention taxes and car insurance.
