You can look into your Akashic Records or ask your Spirit Guides. Old souls are non-materialistic, service to others, very spiritual, and either religious or seekers of their own understanding of spiritual reality, they usually have developed psychic and healing abilities. They are very loving, but not deeply attached to other people, and would not go into lifelong depression if a loved one dies, they are able to let go and self-heal. It is pretty easy to separate and old soul from a young soul, as young souls are materialistic, hedonistic, chasing money, sex, and toys, but there are also Mature Souls in between, who are relationships-oriented, and their family is everything to them… the Old Soul start loosing such deep attachment to a family or community and can live alone as a hermit, or be quite comfortable with just a few friends. Their main connection is to God/Source and Spiritual Reality, they are ready to leave physical reality and stop reincarnating. In these teachings Michael (channeled being) does not make a distinction between Earthlings and Starseeds, but if you are a Starseed - you will most likely be an Old Soul on the test. IMHO soul age does not apply to Starseeds at all, as their experience on other worlds is quite different from human experience, they might only have a few human lives, or this life can be their first on Earth, they are quite naive in human ways, not used to negativity and violence and usually can’t wait to get the heck off this planet. They do not necessarily want to stop reincarnating and achieve enlightenment or nirvana - they just do not want to reincarnate on 3D Earth anymore and return to their own peaceful advanced civilizations.
